| What are the delivery charges? Postage and packing costs 8,00 zł. and is by recorded delivery. Is there a limit to the number of letters on a name label ? There is no limit, but the more the letters the smaller the font will be. So Tomek Nowak will have a larger font type than Katarzyna Napiorkowska. However, for woven tapes the font size is fixed and longer names will mean a longer tape. How quickly can I receive my order? Printed iron-on and sew-on name tapes are despatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment. If I am not satisfied with my purchase can I return it? We accept returns if there is product quality issue Do stick-on name labels lose colour after many washings in the dishwasher? No. The colours remain fast even after many washings Can you remove stick-on labels? No. We do not advise to remove and reuse stick-on labels as their backing surface will not re-adhere properly How do you prepare the surface of an article ? The surface should be clean (not greasy) and dry. The smoother the surface the better the stick-on label with adhere. How do you iron-on printed iron-on tapes? All instructions concerning the use of our products are available in the folder Instructions as well as on the pack of every product ordered. Why do I have to pay the whole amount before receving the product I ordered ? Nearly all the products in our shop are produced to order, which is why we have to receive payment first. |
